Information We Collect
When you authenticate via Google or connect your Google account to our service, we may collect the following:
- Google User Information: Email address and name to identify and manage administrator accounts.
- Google OAuth Tokens: Access and refresh tokens used to interact with Google API services on your behalf.
- Order Information: Customer names, phone numbers, and emails provided during the ordering process.
Use of Gmail Data
Our application requests permission to send emails on your behalf (gmail.send).
Friday's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use the Gmail API specifically and exclusively to:
- Automatically send order confirmation emails to customers when an administrator confirms an order.
- Provide system-generated notifications related to campus program applications.
Important: We do not use Gmail data for any advertising purposes, nor do we sell or share your Gmail data with any third parties or external services.
Data Storage and Security
All data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption and secure OAuth token management to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your information.
